Spy Day (children’s event)

July 23, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

There have been spies in Chester County since the 1600s, but did you know that George Washington’s own spy ring was once headquartered here? This brand new event will give children the chance to conduct spy missions through the museum, learn to read and write in cipher and code, explore the science of invisible ink and develop their own secret identity. They’ll also learn about real spies who operated in the area during the 18th century and beyond.

Tickets include all-day access to the museum and members are free, but registration is required so that we have enough supplies on hand. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times; activities are ongoing, so families can stop by at any point between 11am and 2pm. Best for ages 7-12.

CCHC members free but registration required

Non-members: $8.00 adults, $6.00 ages 6-18, under 6 free
