Chester County History Center will celebrate its 5th Annual Halloween Ball
in benefit of its educational programs and collection preservation. This year’s Halloween Ball theme will be Dark Fairy Tales, a peek into the original stories that sprinkled our childhood with magic forests, witches, fairies, wolves, and villains.
