The Suburban Philadelphia Alliance For Response is holding a free workshop for non-profit cultural organizations in Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties. Colleagues from museums, libraries, theaters, musical organizations, etc. are encouraged to attend.
Speakers will discuss how to prepare to respond to emergencies and how to follow-up after a disaster. Participants will learn about emergency supplies that can be shared among cultural organizations. The presenters include staff from Chester County’s Emergency Services Department, Brandywine Museum of Art, and Belfor.
Onsite participants will meet at the Chester County History Center, 225 N. High Street, West Chester, PA 19380. Virtual participants will receive a Zoom link a day before the workshop.
